As a condition of Section 404 permit authorization, compensation for the loss of "waters of the U.S." is typically required. Arkose Environmental can evaluate your project site for on-site mitigation opportunities and make recommendations on the most appropriate and practicable solution, whether it be on-site mitigation, off-site mitigation, or mitigation banking. Mitigation plans can be developed that work with your project or the terms of a mitigation banking arrangement can be negotiated. Planting plans can be developed and monitoring reports and maintenance plans can be provided.
